Welcome to my time outside of my 9-5!

Outside of research, I love to scrap. It’s my creative outlet, and like my work, it involves collecting bits and pieces, finding patterns, and telling a meaningful story.

I’m also a mom to a beautiful baby boy. He’s a daily reminder to slow down, pay attention, and notice the quiet ways we communicate.

I’ve also found joy in powerlifting. It’s a space where I can push limits, reset mentally, and feel proud of small and steady wins.
